Jonathan Gilmore is a Clinician in psychology, neuropsychology and psychotherapy with a M.S. in Clinical Psychology and a post-baccalaureate Certificate of Advanced Study in secondary education. He performs neuropsychological evaluations and general psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults. His areas of specialty include neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents and adults with or suspected of having pervasive developmental disorders, and psychotherapy with suicidal or traumatized adults. He also facilitates Heartbeat Vermont, a support group for people who have lost loved ones to suicide. In addition to his work at the Maple Leaf Clinic, he is an adjunct instructor in the Division of Psychology and Human Services at the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, Vermont.


  

Nina L. Kurtz, M.A. - Educational Consultant

Nina Kurtz is an Educational Consultant with Maple Leaf Clinic. She has over thirty years of experience across the United States as well as internationally, working with cognitively challenged and physically handicapped students in school settings. Nina works with families and school teams to develop supports for children, teens or college students diagnosed with Nonverbal Learning Disabilities, Asperger's Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or other Pervasive Developmental Disorders. She is the recipient of the Robert Stafford Award of Excellence in Special Education and is a Fulbright Japan Educational Scholar. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband Bill. They have three children and four grandchildren.

A graduate of the University of Vermont, Lisa is certified as a Speech and Language Pathologist by ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association). She is also a Certified Consultant in RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention®). With experience in public schools, clinical and private settings, and rehabilitation centers, Lisa has over 15 years experience and specializes in working with individuals with NLD and ASD utilizing a variety of treatment approaches including ABA, Floortime, and RDI®. Lisa works for Vermont public schools and is also an integral part of the Maple Leaf Clinic staff providing SLP and RDI® services, and leading social skills groups for children of all ages.
